• 4:11 p.m. Tuesday - Bruce Edward Yeazel, 34, of 101 N. Etna St., Etna Green, arrested for theft of a motor vehicle. Bond: $5,500.

• 7:38 p.m. Tuesday - Dustin Michael Gochenour, 40, of 2908 William Drive, Winona Lake, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond set.

• 8:18 p.m. Tuesday - Sabas Valencia Muniz, 48, of 541 E. Main St., Warsaw, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:11 a.m. Wednesday - Carey Lynn Noll, 46, homeless, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.

Starzyk, 18, West Crystal Flash Road, North Webster; Jonathan A. Bradley, 27, North Union Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 11:22 a.m. Tuesday - Invasion of privacy was reported in the 500 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:14 p.m. Tuesday - A miscellaneous accident was reported in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 3:01 p.m. Tuesday - A 24-hour emergency hold was requested in the 2100 block of East Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.
