• 6:24 p.m. Monday - Ryan Kirk Wyman, 33, of 200 E. Leedy St., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 7:47 p.m. Monday - Quentin Terrell Lazarui Shepherd, 19, of 544 E. Main St., #B, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 12:22 a.m. Tuesday - Tyler John McKee, 31, Goshen, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond set.

• 2:48 a.m. Tuesday - Justin Riley West, 32, of 680 N. CR 650W, Warsaw, arrested for burglary, intimidation - draw/uses weapon, intimidation - threat of forcible felony and two charges of misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $15,250.

• 6:46 a.m. Monday - U.S. 30, 553 east of North Parker Street, Warsaw. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Manuel C. Cruz Jara, 60, South CR 325E, Pierceton; Brandon D. Richmond, 36, West Old Trail Road, Larwill. Injuries: Cruz Jara complained of back pain; Richmond complained of neck pain. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 8:44 a.m. Monday - Intersection of East Market and South Buffalo streets, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Randy Argumendo, 16, East Clark Street, Warsaw; Angel Alonso, 17, East Springfield Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 10:53 a.m. Monday - North CR 175E, 200 feet north of East 8 Square Road, Warsaw. Pickup hit utility pole. Driver: Jason W. Hart, 52, North Hiawatha Drive, Syracuse. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSD.

• 4:29 p.m. Monday - U.S. 30, 200 feet east of East Old 30, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Douglas A. McCoige, 56, Osceola; Christine A. Kierpaul, 66, North CR 700W, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.
