She was born on March 9, 1945, in Argos, to Alberta Caroline Snyder and Raymond Devoe Middaugh. Jean graduated from Argos High School in 1963. On March 8, 1968, she married Frank Eugene Wallace. They were blessed with almost 38 years of marriage together before Frank passed away on Feb. 26, 2006.
