Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Michael Harstine, requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit construction of an existing duplex rental on his property which is located at 405 and 405 1/2 Wooster, more particularly described as follows:

The hearing will be held at Town Hall, Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 19th day of June, 2023 at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
