The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 1:20 a.m. Tuesday - Travis Wayne Blankenship II, 18, Monticello, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $600.

• 5:24 p.m. Tuesday - Moses Lee McNess, 59, of 202 Argonne Road, #3, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol. Bond: $400.

• 7:20 p.m. Tuesday - Misty Dawn Warren-Siegel, 45, Wabash, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $15,250.

• 10:17 p.m. Tuesday - Terrielle Marie Mesteth, 21, of 212 E. Emeline St., Milford, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and misdemeanor battery. Bond: $1,200.

• 10:45 a.m. Tuesday - 2211 E. Center St., Warsaw. Pickup hit unoccupied vehicle, registration information not listed; and three parked vehicles registered to Melissa J. Kois, East Clark Street, Warsaw; David L. Swick, South Ind. 19, Bourbon; and Donna L. Durso, East Dellview Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Robert L. Cleveland, 70, North Colfax Street, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 1:57 p.m. Tuesday - A license plate was stolen in the 100 block of EMS T32 Lane, Leesburg. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 2:24 p.m. Tuesday - A miscellaneous accident was reported in the 300 block of East Main Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:41 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for public intoxication by alcohol in the 2400 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 6:57 p.m. Tuesday - A death investigation was opened in the 900 block of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:18 a.m. Wednesday - Criminal trespass was reported in the 3800 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
