Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Wilcoxson Aaron & Michelle Lamory, requesting approval of a Variance from Development Standards for Install 6' Fencing in Front Yard located at 1015 Country Club Rd and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

This hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana on 06/26/2023, at 7 PM All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the above address prior to 12:00 noon on the day of the hearing. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity of City of Warsaw, should contact the office of Justin Taylor, 102 S.
