• 2:20 a.m. Tuesday - Jose Asencion Hernandez, 44, Mishawaka, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and public intoxication by alcohol/drugs. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:19 a.m. Tuesday - Robert Lee Craig, 48, Albion, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.

• 9:47 a.m. Tuesday - Marcy Lois Parker, 45, Fort Wayne, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:12 a.m. Tuesday - Tony J. Leek, 58, of 204 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 8:24 p.m. Tuesday - Iven T. Love, 33, Rockford, Ill., arrested for possession of cocaine or narcotic drug and disorderly conduct. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:26 p.m. Tuesday - Regina K. Stocklin, 53, Kimmell, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia, being a habitual traffic violator and on a foreign warrant. No bond set.

• 12:03 a.m. Wednesday - Samantha Sue Slone, 19, of 5903 W. Osprey Drive, Mentone, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $600.

• 12:09 a.m. Wednesday - Lanti Helen Stump, 41, of 5903 W. Osprey Drive, Mentone, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $600.

• 12:48 a.m. Wednesday - Krystal Lanae Milburn, 37, of 4903 W. Osprey Drive, Mentone, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $600.

• 5:52 a.m. Wednesday - Dalton Joseph Zimmerman, 28, of 1703 N. Fox Farm Road, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:52 a.m. Wednesday - Steven Philip Maull, 46, of 108 N. Rebecca St., Claypool, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $500.

• 12:01 p.m. Wednesday - Bryant Kane McNemar, 33, Granger, arrested for dealing paraphernalia, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

Injuries: Jessica Gomola complained of chest pain; passengers in Jessica Gomola’s vehicle, Lilliam Gomola, 6, Tippecanoe, had an abrasion to the chest; and Serena Gomola, 10, Tippecanoe, had an abrasion to the chest; and passenger in Lilliam Gomola’s vehicle, Anthony Mar, 13, South CR 500W, Warsaw, complained of back pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 5:38 a.m. Wednesday - North CR 150W, 500 feet south of West CR 600N, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Shannon M. Witham, 42, East Broadway Street, Burket. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 12:35 p.m. Tuesday - A personal injury traffic was reported in the 400 block of Wexford Place, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:07 p.m. Tuesday - Lawn/yard/garden equipment and a trailer were reported stolen in the 100 block of EMS B31 Lane, Warsaw. KCSO.
