• 2:35 p.m. Monday - Zachery Ray McKenzie, 40, of 13477 N. Hillside Drive, Syracuse, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.

• 8:43 p.m. Monday - Domingo Melendez III, 43, of 404 S. Maple St., #A, Milford, arrested on a bench warrant. Bond: $2,500.

• 1:41 a.m. Tuesday - Travis Martin Welker, 42, of 3104 Sandra Lane, #A, Winona Lake, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.

• 12:24 p.m. Monday - 315 N. Detroit St., Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Bryan L. Lawinger, 29, Fort Wayne; Karla J. Murillo, 20, West Crystal Lake Road, Warsaw. Injury: Passenger in Murillo’s vehicle, Vanessa Murrillo, 13, West Crystal Lake Road, Warsaw, complained of shoulder/upper arm pain. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4:22 p.m. Monday - Intersection of Ind. 25 and South Indiana Street, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Autumn S. Graham, 17, West CR 250S, Warsaw; Lesley M. Rohrbaugh, 36, South Honeybee Court, Warsaw; Tamara R. Bruder, 22, East Backwater Road, North Webster. Injury: Rohrbaugh had an abrasion to the elbow/lower arm. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.

• 6:25 a.m. Monday - North CR 300E, 100 feet north of East Lapoint Drive, Milford. Car hit deer. Driver: Logan E. Swartz, 19, East Greenhaus Drive, Syracuse. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 1:14 p.m. Monday - A wallet was found in the 2100 block of U.S. 30, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:46 p.m. Monday - Domestic battery - simple assault was reported in the 3300 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 8:27 p.m. Monday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 3800 block of South Viking Drive, Mentone. KCSO.

• 10:43 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and public intoxication by alcohol/drugs in the 3000 block of Frontage Road, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:23 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for theft from a motor vehicle and unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle in the 200 block of Heide Lane, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 12:53 a.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia in the 500 block of South McClellan Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1 a.m. Tuesday - A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 200 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:35 a.m. Tuesday - Fraud was reported in the 6100 block of North CR 950E, North Webster. KCSO.

• 10:41 a.m. Tuesday - Theft of a motor vehicle was reported in the 400 block of North Columbia Street, Warsaw. WPD.
