Whose Standards?

Wokeness?

Now I find that interesting. Spell check wanted me to say "Wonkiness" or better yet "Weakness.” To tell you the truth, I'm getting a bit tired of it all. The next person that wants to criticize my standards better be prepared to state their own code of conduct.

You tell me where I'm missing the mark but in reality all you want to do is push the edge of the envelope further and further. However, if you break down these standards, you must reinstall a set of your own. What are your standards? A living wage for all, no work necessary? Open borders until chaos is everywhere? Tent cities in every corner of the nation? Sex of all kinds in the city streets? Tell me, in your world does anyone have a right to life? Where do you draw the line regarding standards? What is too much for you? Is there no limit to your attack on social norms? Should all things be permissible? You criticize Christianity saying you have your own religion. Well, what is it? What standards does it hold and how do you measure up to it?

We all know that there is no religion here except one that changes day by day according to your feeling at that particular moment. You make up your own religion. You make up your own god! You convince yourself that you know what is best. The very term "woke" implies an all knowing condescending attitude. It should be no surprise then that you and your god believe exactly the same thing. This is called idolatry and it is as old as mankind and it leads to the destruction of the family and society itself.

Sorry, but there really is nothing new here. If you read Judges 21:25 you'll see, "Everyone did what was right in his own eyes."
