Warsaw Hotspurs Win State President’s Cup

The Warsaw Hotspurs defeated Southern Indiana United 4-0 in the final of the Indiana President's Cup in Indianapolis to advance as Indiana's representative in the Mid-West regionals in Ohio later this month. Later this month the team plays its last league game in the Indiana 1st division where a win or a tie will secure the unprecedented treble for the team. The Hotspurs have 12 players from WCHS, and 1 each from Plymouth HS, and Wawasee HS.  Coach Clive Scott says the team's success illustrates the excellent programs offered by the Wave Soccer Club and the respective High School programs.
