Shoemaker Awards Given To 3 Lincoln Students

The 2023 Ronnie Shoemaker Awards recently were given to three Lincoln Elementary School students chosen by their teachers and staff. Each received a certificate of achievement, a Lion medallion and a silver coin to commemorate their accomplishments. Recipients were Olivia Sellers, Sarai Bornes and Issai Ocampo. A Ronnie Shoemaker Award was also given to their retiring teacher, Amy Staton. Pictured (L to R) are Sellers, Bornes, Staton, Ocampo, Shoemaker and the Lincoln lion mascot.
