Tobe Forshtay wants to help his clients achieve their dreams.

The Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce had a ribbon-cutting for his business, Dream Again Life Coaching, on Friday at Forshtay's office space at 501 Argonne Road, Warsaw.

Dream Again started in September. Forshtay is a "certified dream manager" through a program by speaker and author Matthew Kelly.

He explained the coaching can cover all aspects of the lives of clients termed "dreamers."

"I think life coaching (in the name of the business) helps people recognize we don't just coach professionally, but we do ... 12 categories of dreams," said Forshtay.

Those are physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, psychological, adventure, legacy, character, professional, creative, material and financial.

"I'm trying to partner with leaders primarily, so that they can become coaches for their teams," he said. "So I want to catch the hearts of leaders (so they can) begin dreaming, but I've coached anywhere from 20-year-olds to 70-year-olds."

Forshtay said that his clients have achieved mostly emotional, or relationship, dreams as well as professional and adventure ones in the last year.

"Almost all dreams have a financial component. I've seen people get debt-free, buy dream homes, dream boats," he said.

Forshtay will reach out to personal trainers or experts in other fields to assist his clients. He said his "holistic health" approach is what differs him from other coaches.

"There are a lot of coaches that are promising to really help people grow businesses, and I think that I want to catch those who have been growing businesses (and help them with the other categories as well)," said Forshtay. "I think there are a lot of other people that retire from businesses, and they retire alone because they've not been aware of the other elements of life, and so ... I (want to) catch a leader and cause them to be holistically healthy before they're done with their career."

Forshtay said he's working on bringing five other currently independent coaches to Dream Again.

So far, he's generally met one-on-one virtually with clients, though he's open to meeting anywhere in person. He also can put together so-called "dream clinics" at businesses or organizations where they "read 'The Dream Manager' book (by Kelly) and (he gets) team managers oriented to ... each other ... at a greater level."
