• 2:10 p.m. Friday - Robert Scott Davis, 53, of 301 N. Neer Drive, Silver Lake, arrested for leaving the scene of a crash with property damage. Bond: $1,500.
• 2:37 p.m. Friday - Billy Jack Fairchild, 38, of 3020 Wooster Road, Pierceton, arrested for theft of auto parts. Bond: $5,250.
• 4:33 p.m. Friday - Zuyri Monserrath Diaz, 25, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, lot 194, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 7:10 p.m. Friday - Leah Ann Mahns, 49, South Bend, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol or drugs, operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $400.
• 6:48 p.m. Saturday - Jose Junior Moyotl Jr., 20, of 1202 Wooster Road, lot 46, Winona Lake, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 7:22 p.m. Saturday - Paul Garza Ramirez, 43, South Bend, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $700.
• 10:21 p.m. Saturday - Ashley Renee Miller, 37, North Fairfield, Ohio, arrested for theft. No bond.
• 11:50 p.m. Saturday - Michael P. Carpenter, 46, of 208 E. Second St., North Manchester, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 12:09 a.m. Sunday - Robert Eugene Belt Jr., 34, of 309 S. Henry St., Milford, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated - endangerment, refusal to submit to a chemical test and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $700.
• 4:28 a.m. Sunday - Steven Andrew Galbreath, 31, of 215 Stonewall Court, #1, Nappanee, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $700.
• 5:37 a.m. Sunday - Danny Ray Taylor, 29, Huntington, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, reckless driving, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $700.

• 12:31 p.m. Friday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and West CR 350N, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Anita K. Hogan, 58, East South Street, North Webster; Bailey A. Stiver, 25, North CR 150E, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 8:53 p.m. Friday - 1142 N. CR 300E, Warsaw. Pickup hit unoccupied vehicle registered to Angel D. Fugate, East Wooster Road, Pierceton. Driver: Jesse Fugate, North CR 300E, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 9:38 p.m. Saturday - East Pierceton Road, 500 feet west of South CR 600E, Warsaw. SUV hit deer. Driver: Joseph W. Frentzel, 46, West Catalpa Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 7:18 a.m. Friday - Traffic and drug offenses were reported in the 500 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 1:58 p.m. Friday - Intake manifolds were reported stolen in the 1800 block of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
• 5:46 p.m. Friday - A suspicious person was reported in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:47 p.m. Friday - Invasion of privacy was reported in the 4400 block of North Sullivan Road, Leesburg. KCSO.
• 5:16 p.m. Saturday - A person was arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior in the 1900 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
