Lake City Bank announced that Steven B. Burnside has been promoted to vice president, investment officer.
In this position, Burnside provides investment management and financial planning services to private and institutional clients of the Wealth Advisory Group primarily in St. Joseph, Elkhart and Kosciusko counties. He has been with the bank for 10 years.
Burnside earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Indiana University South Bend and a Master of Business Administration from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He has Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) certifications. Burnside is a member of the CFA Society of Indianapolis. He volunteers with the Children’s Resale in Elkhart, teaches Junior Achievement classes and is a lead bike/course marshal for Girls on the Run Michiana.
