The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 9:33 p.m. Wednesday - Brent Edward Hollar, 35, of 502 E. Van Buren St., Nappanee, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior, resisting law enforcement and intimidation. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:26 p.m.Thursday - Tsering None Dhundup, 53, Indianapolis, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $400.
• 8:07 p.m. Thursday - Robyn Andrew Stroud, 32, of 310 N. West St., Milford, arrested for felony failure to appear, on a bench warrant and a foreign warrant. Bond: $500.
• 9 p.m. Thursday - Jose Cordon, 19, of 3699 N. CR 175E, #188, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 4:42 a.m. Friday - Adriana Stephanie Johnson, 46, of 602 W. Winona Ave., #2, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.
• 9:29 a.m. Friday - Brandy Michelle Black, 42, of 116 N. CR 300E, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 10:39 a.m. Friday - Nathan Scott Nibert, 36, of 17 EMS B62 Lane, Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.
• 11:32 a.m. Friday - Bruce Edward Yeazel, 34, of 105 N. Etna St., #43, Etna Green, arrested for felony failure to appear, theft of a motor vehicle, dealing cocaine or narcotic drug and felony failure to appear. Bond: $20,750.

• 3:12 p.m. Thursday - Ind. 15, 100 feet north of CR 300N, Warsaw. Motorcycle lost control, laid down and slid on road. Driver: Terrence B. Gangwer, 32, East Center Street, Warsaw. Injury: Gangwer had minor bleeding to the elbow/lower arm. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 10:13 a.m. Thursday - An inmate was reported to possess a cell phone in their cell in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 8:27 p.m. Thursday - A gas cap was reported stolen in the 2800 block of Frontage Road, Warsaw. WPD.
• 4:59 p.m. Thursday - Theft of a motor vehicle was reported in the 1700 block of East Kosciusko Drive, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 7:09 p.m. Thursday - A warrant was served in the 100 block of Tiger Lane, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:05 p.m. Thursday - A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 100 block of East Prairie Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:33 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 300 block of West Porter Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 1:02 a.m. Friday - Residential entry was reported in the 1400 block of Sunset Drive, Winona Lake. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.
• 3:06 a.m. Friday - A person was reported to be in possession of a legend drug or precursor in the 3200 block of East U.S. 30, Warsaw. WPD.
• 4:26 a.m. Friday - A person was arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish in the 100 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
