• 11:36 a.m. Monday - Destiny Danielle Collins, 33, Elkhart, arrested for theft. No bond listed.
• 11:39 a.m. Monday - Mandie Lee Stansbery, 41, Elkhart, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 12:23 p.m. Monday - Jose Esteban Rivera Santiago, 21, Goshen, arrested for leaving the scene of an injury crash. Bond: $500.

• 12:02 a.m. Sunday - Intersection of West U.S. 30 and North Fox Farm Road, Warsaw. Car hit sign in median. Driver: William J. Postelwaite, 23, Paulding, Ohio. Injury: Postelwaite was taken to the hospital for a possible concussion. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 8:48 p.m. Sunday - U.S. 30, 1,000 feet west of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Chelsea L. Smith, 27, Fort Wayne; Eric D. Robinson, 45, Danville, Ill. Injury: Robinson complained of neck pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.
