• 7:52 p.m. Friday - Parish T. McCullum, 48, Bellwood, Ill., arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $700.
• 9:12 p.m. Friday - Jorge Perez, 23, of 521 S. McClellan St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle while intoxicated - endangerment and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $700.
• 9:52 p.m. Friday - Hugo-Alirio Alarcom-Umana, 31, Fort Wayne, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 12:48 a.m. Saturday - Adrienne Hernandez, 44, of 522 N. Lake St., #2, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 2:19 a.m. Saturday - Hector Rene Rodriguez, 30, of 18 EMS D25 Lane, Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 2:57 a.m. Saturday - Ryker David Fritzel, 21, of 625 S. Columbia St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more, leaving the scene of a crash with property damage and resisting a law enforcement officer using a vehicle. Bond: $5,250.
• 4:53 a.m. Saturday - William Garrett Shultz, 31, of 9205 W. CR 125N, Etna Green, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $10,500.
• 8:19 a.m. Saturday - Jackson Ray Simmons, 23, of 11404 N. Biscayne Lane, Cromwell, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 9:58 a.m. Saturday - Uriah Camrus Baugh, 44, Kokomo, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish with a prior, possession of paraphernalia with a prior and possession of a device to interfere with drug/alcohol test. Bond: $600.
• 10:57 a.m. Saturday - Peyton Reed Zellers, 29, of 2505 Glad St., Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 11:56 p.m. Saturday - Jack Parzygnot, 60, of 215 EMS T13 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 11:56 p.m. Saturday - Emily Perez, 21, of 5987 S. Monroe Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license and misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 1:33 a.m. Sunday - Jackie Michelle Sheline, 40, of 107 S. Henry St., Milford, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 6:33 a.m. Sunday - Robert James Paul Wardell, 22, of 301 Fellowship Drive, North Manchester, arrested for possession of marijuana, hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.
• 1:04 p.m. Sunday - Perez Marisela Gallegos, 32, of 3762 W. Old 30, #23W, Warsaw, arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage crash. Bond: $5,000.

• 11:22 p.m. Friday - East South Barbee Drive, 10 feet east of EMS B29 Lane, Leesburg. Car hit CenturyLink internet phone box. Driver: Jasmine S. Davis, 22, West CR 100S, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Injury: Davis complained of elbow/lower arm pain. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 10:34 a.m. Friday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 7700 block of East CR 850N, Syracuse. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 4:23 p.m. Friday - A person was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle in the 3600 block of Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 6:43 p.m. Friday - A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 1000 block of East CR 450N, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 10:03 p.m. Friday - A person was arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and operating a vehicle while intoxicated in the 100 block of U.S. 30, Warsaw. WPD.
• 11:25 p.m. Friday - A suspicious person was reported in the 2900 block of Frontage Road, Warsaw. WPD.
• 1:31 a.m. Saturday - A person was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol of 0.15 or more and resisting a law enforcement officer using a vehicle in the 600 block of South Columbia Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 1:35 a.m. Saturday - Police property was reported damaged in the 300 block of East Winona Lake, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:51 a.m. Saturday - A person was arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish with a prior, possession of paraphernalia and driving while suspended with a prior suspension in the 2400 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 10:47 a.m. Saturday - Merchandise was reported stolen in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
