• 9:50 a.m. Thursday - Kevin Rodriguez-Duran, 26, of 3762 W. Old 30, #42E, Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 12:39 a.m. Thursday - Tyler William Tusing, 24, Middlebury, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 3:04 p.m. Thursday - Shawn Michael Baga, 32, of 3762 W. Old 30, #618, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 4:36 p.m. Thursday - Duane Lamont Moore III, 22, South Bend, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 12:42 a.m. Friday - Heydin Madysen O’Loughlin, 19, of 3699 N. CR 175E, #82, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 5:32 a.m. Friday - Mark N. Young, 35, Chicago, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and reckless driving. Bond: $600.
• 10:50 a.m. Friday - Sean Wayne Walls, 20, of 225 N. Bobber Lane, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 4:46 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of South Lake and West Jefferson streets, Warsaw. SUV hit railroad crossing pole. Driver: Shelby J. Pontius, 27, EMS B61J Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 4:53 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of North Biomet Drive and East CR 200N, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Muira A. Fontaine, 23, West Lafayette; Joel B. Harting, 43, 13th Street, Winona Lake. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 9:39 p.m. Thursday - North CR 500E, 700 feet south of East CR 800N, Leesburg. Car hit deer. Driver: Mya J. Taylor, 17, North CR 450E, Syracuse. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 5:56 p.m. Thursday - Tools were reported stolen in the 500 block of West CR 300N, Warsaw. WPD.
• 12:27 p.m. Thursday - A death investigation was opened in the 5200 block of East CR 500N, Leesburg. KCSO.
• 5:04 p.m. Thursday - Misdemeanor battery with bodily injury was reported in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 6:46 p.m. Thursday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 300 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 6:49 p.m. Thursday - Fraud was reported in the 1900 block of North CR 850E, Pierceton. KCSO.
• 11:46 p.m. Thursday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 2800 block of Frontage Road, Warsaw. WPD.
• 1:33 a.m. Friday - A vehicle fire was reported in the 700 block of North Cook Street, Warsaw. WPD.
