• 2:39 p.m. Wednesday - Judd Emery Metz, 54, Goshen, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 3:31 p.m. Wednesday - Nicholas John Himes, 45, of 2906 Widaman St., #371, Winona Lake, arrested for misdemeanor probation violation. No bond set.
• 8:20 p.m. Wednesday - Phillip Colby Hicks, 52, of 206 Chestnut St., #B, Winona Lake, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension and operating a vehicle with suspended or revoked registration. Bond: $450.
• 9:28 p.m. Wednesday - Zachary Thomas Castle, 31, of 413 Wooster Road, Winona Lake, arrested on two charges of felony battery with moderate bodily injury. Bond: $6,000.

• 5:07 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and West CR 250N, Warsaw. Motorcycle-SUV collision. Drivers: Remington Lafollette, 23, North Ind. 15, Warsaw; Allan C. Jarosik, 25, West CR 250S, Warsaw. Injury: Lafollette complained of elbow/lower arm pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 8:50 a.m. Wednesday - EMS C27C Lane, 100 feet south of EMS C27C1 Lane, Warsaw. Pickup hit unoccupied vehicle registered to Selge Construction, Niles, Mich. Driver: Daniel M. Compton, 36, Culver. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
• 1:33 p.m. Wednesday - Argonne Road, 10 feet north of East Jefferson Street, Warsaw. Tractor-semi-trailer-pickup collision. Drivers: Mark F. Gebhardt, 50, Bessemer, Pa.; Bruce D. Miller, 76, East CR 500S, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 12:17 p.m. Wednesday - A theft was reported in the 7300 block of West Lutes Drive, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 2:46 p.m. Wednesday - A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 300 block of East Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 7:45 p.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension and operating a vehicle with suspended or revoked registration in the 100 block of Lake City Highway, WPD.
• 8:27 p.m. Wednesday - Felony battery with moderate bodily injury was reported in the 100 block of Pequignot Drive, Pierceton. Pierceton Police Department investigated.
• 9:15 a.m. Thursday - A traffic offense was reported for a person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 6700 block of U.S. 30, Pierceton. WPD.
