• 3:36 p.m. Sunday - Roland Eugene Talton, 34, Fort Wayne, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.
• 8:39 p.m. Sunday - Cathay A. Pepper, 44, of 10470 W. CR 600S, Mentone, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.
• 9:55 p.m. Sunday - Marisol Tochimani, 36, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #188, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 2:04 a.m. Monday - Matthew Lee Johnson, 51, of 1502 Dot St., #B, Warsaw, arrested for battery against a public official, battery against a public safety official engaged in official duty, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, possession of paraphernalia and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:06 p.m. Monday - Manuel Felipe Sanchez, 30, Goshen arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:02 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and South Indiana Street, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Sebastian E. Cervantes, 18, North Old Ind. 15, Warsaw; Penny A. Collins, 72, Seffner, Fla. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 2:17 a.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated in the 100 block of South Main Street, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.
• 2:50 a.m. Sunday - Public intoxication by alcohol or drugs was reported in the 1100 block of South Huntington Street, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
• 4:10 a.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia in the 1300 block of Mariners Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
• 4:10 a.m. Sunday - A death investigation was opened in the 1300 block of Mariners Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
• 7:04 a.m. Sunday - Domestic battery with moderate bodily injury was reported in the 500 block of Segal Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 11:02 p.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and battery against a public official in the 1500 block of Dot Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 7:12 a.m. Monday - A traffic offense was reported for a person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 1100 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:12 a.m. Monday - A traffic offense was reported for a person driving a motor vehicle while suspended in the 100 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
• 12:15 p.m. Monday - A traffic offense was reported for a person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 100 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
