Editor, Times-Union:
Mission Point Community Church recently sponsored a Car Care Event for local single parents. Oil and filters were changed, automobiles were evaluated for safety concerns and a gas card was provided for those participating.
A big thank you to Alan, the owner of Global Auto, for donating three and one-half hours of his time and his considerable expertise to assist several volunteers get cars on a lift and change oil. Global Auto has been a partner with Mission Point for several years for this event, their professional assistance is greatly appreciated.
