Northern Indiana Public Service Company (NIPSCO) (801 E. 86th Avenue, Merrillville IN, 46410) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of the Construction Stormwater General Permit (INRA00000) to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the NBG TDSIC PR 100 (Project) located in Kosciusko County, Indiana. Runoff from the project site will ultimately discharge to Dausman Ditch, Helper Ditch, and Wilhelm-Kurtz Ditch via unnamed tributaries and roadside ditches or swales.
