• 8:35 p.m. Monday - Jesus Carlos Garcia, 44, of 1202 Wooster Road, #4, Winona Lake, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, resisting a law enforcement officer using a vehicle, and being a lifetime habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.

• 9:16 p.m. Monday - Travis Len Vanover, 47, of 10909 N. Syracuse-Webster Road, Syracuse, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $455.

• 12:40 a.m. Tuesday - Tiana Violet Mattern, 23, of 3762 W. Old 30, #664, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct and public intoxication by alcohol or drugs. Bond: $600.
