Lutheran Kosciusko has welcomed two familiar faces and one new provider to its women’s health care team.

Timothy Cook, M.D., and women’s health nurse practitioners Sarah Bailey and Stefani Yudasz are accepting new and previously established obstetric and gynecology patients at their location at 1275 Provident Drive in Warsaw.

Cook and Bailey, formerly of Warsaw Women’s Center, and Yudasz joined the Lutheran Health Physicians team at the beginning of the year.

Dr. Cook is a board-certified physician providing a wide range of OB/GYN care and is also trained to perform robotic minimally invasive surgeries and procedures. He has delivered nearly 6,000 babies in his 35 years of serving women at Lutheran Kosciusko.

Both Bailey and Yudasz are certified women’s health nurse practitioners, and can provide services ranging from annual exams and patient education to treating disorders and diseases related to the female reproductive system. Bailey has also been serving women in the Kosciusko area for more than 25 years.

“We are excited to have well-established and accomplished women’s health providers join our team and continue providing quality care close to home for so many in our community,” said Lynn Mergen, CEO of Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital.
