• 4:46 p.m. Monday - Stephanie Louise Orten, 39, of 108 W. Church St., Leesburg, arrested for felony theft and burglary. Bond: $10,250.

• 1:36 a.m. Tuesday - Joshua Edwin Rowe, 34, Avilla, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 12:41 p.m. Tuesday - Andrew Timothy Stout, 45, of 208 E. Emeline St., Milford, arrested for battery on a person less than 14 years old. Bond: $6,000.
