The quarterly dividend represents a 15% increase over the quarterly dividend rate of $0.40 per share paid in 2022.
"We are pleased to announce another healthy increase to our dividend rate. Our consistent long-term operating performance and a strong capital foundation provide the capacity to comfortably increase dividends to shareholders," said David M. Findlay, president and chief executive officer.
