• 5:21 a.m. Sunday - Carlos Jimenez, 35, homeless, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $700.

• 10:09 a.m. Monday - Dakota Bryan James Ford, 21, Atlanta, Ind., arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.

• 2:28 p.m. Sunday - East CR 500N, 300 feet east of North CR 700E, North Webster. Car hit deer. Driver: Marcus M. House, 19, North Lakeview Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 2:48 p.m. Sunday - South Ind. 15, 1,500 feet south of West CR 250S, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Rafael P. Ceniceros, 41, West Martin Drive, Mentone. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 12:30 a.m. Sunday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 2400 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 1:50 a.m. Sunday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 1800 block of Zimmer Lane, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:41 a.m. Sunday - A juvenile delinquent act was reported in the 1200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:42 a.m. Sunday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 200 block of North Fort Wayne Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:33 a.m. Sunday - A death investigation was reported in the 9700 block of South CR 750W, Claypool. KCSD.
