Rabb Water announced that two employees, Mandell Stephens and Curtis Shepherd, have earned the Certified Installer (CI) certification from the Water Quality Association (WQA), the leading voice of the water treatment industry.

“We are proud of our Curtis and Mandell for earning this honor,” said Rusty Ritter. “This shows their commitment to excellence and to providing our customers with the highest quality service and expertise.”

Only water quality professionals who complete WQA’s online and in-the-field training and pass a certification exam earn Professional Certification. WQA’s education and professional programs have been providing training and credentialing since 1977.

WQA offers six different professional certifications. The Certified Installer designation is for professionals who install water treatment devices or systems in homes. Coursework focuses on safe installation, code compliance and general water treatment knowledge.

Rabb Water Systems is a family owned business with six Indiana locations. Rabb currently has nine individuals with WQA certification. Started in 1959, Rabb has maintained the small business customer service that makes them unique.  To learn more visit Rabbwater.com
