The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 4:05 p.m. Tuesday - Dolimar Pinto, 27, of 322 Rattington Circle, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 5:40 p.m. Tuesday - Christapher Michaell Hine, 46, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, lot 177, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 11:40 p.m. Tuesday - Adam Ray Stanley, 27, of 9810 E. Chickadee Drive, Cromwell, arrested for misdemeanor battery and theft. Bond: $600.

• 7:24 a.m. Wednesday - Davis Ashton Berkeley, 19, Peru, Ind., arrested for operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in the body - first offense. Bond: $700.

• 1:08 p.m. Tuesday - A juvenile complaint was reported in the 1500 block of Maye Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4:33 p.m. Tuesday - A license plate was reported found in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:28 a.m. Wednesday - Pizza was reported stolen and misdemeanor battery was reported in the 700 block of South Huntington Street, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
