• 10:18 a.m. Monday - Oscar Mendez Ramirez, 46, La Porte, arrested for operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.

• 12:26 p.m. Monday - Martin Lewis Hagerman, 28, Elkhart, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.

• 1:28 p.m. Tuesday - Gavin Dean Ulshafer, 24, Liberty Mills, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. No bond set.

• 1:31 p.m. Tuesday - William Paul Clutter, 43, of 604 N. First St., Pierceton, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 2:42 p.m. Monday - East CR 1300N, 2,000 feet east of North CR 300E, Syracuse. Pickup hit fence. Driver: Merlin L. Barker, 55, North Main Street, Syracuse. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 3:40 p.m. Monday - 1 Arnolt Drive, Pierceton. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: John J. Young, 53, East U.S. 30, Pierceton; Avery R. Gates, 21, Redwood Boulevard, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Pierceton Police Department investigated.

• 7:35 a.m. Tuesday - South County Farm Road, 1,000 feet north of West CR 800S, Claypool. Car hit deer. Driver: Adam T. West, 47, East CR 1300S, Silver Lake. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 7:55 a.m. Tuesday - 1 Tiger Lane, Warsaw. Pickup hit unoccupied vehicle registered to Melanie E. Swartz, North Santorini Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Nicholas J. Katris, 18, East Saint Andrews Road, Winona Lake. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
