• 8:11 a.m. Wednesday - Heather Marie Whitaker, 32, of 72833 CR 29, #27, Syracuse, arrested for felony failure to appear and felony probation violation. Bond: $10,500.

• 6:54 p.m. Wednesday - Kevin Cleon Clark, 46, of 103 Holiday Lane, Cromwell, arrested for theft. Bond: $5,250.

• 9:29 a.m. Thursday - Adam Alexander Karst, 24, Avilla, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,000.
