• 11:10 a.m. Monday - Steven Thomas Holmes, 33, of 86 E. South St., Milford, arrested for felony failure to appear and misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 11:30 a.m. Monday - Paul Brian Nine, 41, of 404 W. Huntington St., #B, North Webster, arrested for violation of driving conditions. Bond: $450.

• 2:58 p.m. Monday - Harley Antony Maples, 30, Columbia City, arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage crash. Bond: $500.

• 12:15 a.m. Tuesday - Jerimiah James Chandler, 40, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, #52, Pierceton, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 4:38 a.m. Tuesday - Nicholas Scott Ashkins, 36, of 8575 E. Hatchery Road, Syracuse, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 5:50 a.m. Tuesday - Elaine Fay Smith, 40, homeless, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear and two counts of felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 9:15 a.m. Tuesday - Angela May Thomas, 53, of 218 E. Market St., #A, Pierceton, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.

• 7:26 p.m. Monday - North Ind. 13, 300 feet north of East CR 200N, Pierceton. Car hit deer. Driver: Gary L. Sturdevant, 77, Country Club Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Pierceton Police Department investigated.

• 6:28 a.m. Tuesday - South Ind. 13, 500 feet south of East CR 850S, Pierceton. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Anthony L. Himes, 59, South Packerton Road, Silver Lake. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.



Incidents

• 4:24 a.m. Tuesday - A theft investigation was initiated in the 1600 block of Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 8:03 a.m. Tuesday - An iPhone was reported damaged in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.
