Young Tiger Football Looking For Coaches

By Staff Report-

Are you looking to get more involved in our community?

Do you love helping & working with young people?

Do you love the game of football?

If you answered yes to these questions, you would be an incredible addition to Young

Tiger Football!

Young Tiger Football is looking for volunteers for our coaching staff at all levels.

You do not need any experience in football! We will work with inexperienced coaches through clinics and meetings to teach you the Tiger Football way! The Warsaw Tiger football program runs the same system, from Young Tigers all the way to the varsity team you see on Friday nights! Our Young Tigers program has seen impressive growth in numbers, and in excitement, the last few years! We have a strong need for great people who want to work with kids & help our program continue to be successful.

AGE GROUPS FOR YOUNG TIGER FOOTBALL:

(8 and under) 8u level: does not travel and plays only on Saturday mornings for an hour. They practice twice a week for an hour and learn basic football skills. They play on a shorter length and width of a field.

(10 and under) 10u level: travels to different areas that play in our league.

They practice twice a week for two hours. They play games on Saturdays and times depend on where your team is playing. The 10u level plays on a full regulation field.

(12 and under) 12u level: similar to 10u level travel-wise and practices are twice a week for 2 hours. The 12u level games are usually in the afternoon or occasionally a night game.

If you are interested in being a part of our program, please contact:

President of Young Tiger Football Andy Owens at [email protected] or Head Football Coach Bart Curtis at [email protected]
