The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 2:46 p.m. Wednesday - Naomi Gonzales, 38, of 9497 U.S. 30, Pierceton, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 8:41 a.m. Thursday - Derik James Hettler, 43, of 9458 S. County Farm Road, Claypool, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.
• 9:41 a.m. Thursday - Jennica Ann Hursey, 35, of 1905 N. Brook Blvd., Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

Incidents
• 1:49 a.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for resisting law enforcement in the 100 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 12:24 a.m. Thursday - A drug overdose was reported in the 1200 block of Heron Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
