The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 4:55 p.m. Tuesday - Rocky Warren Wicker, 38, of 1612 Tippecanoe Drive, #A, Warsaw, arrested for theft and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $1,350.
• 2:57 a.m. Wednesday - Orion M. Risky, 19, Cary, Ill., arrested for resisting law enforcement, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and transportation of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $750.
• 2:57 a.m. Wednesday - Turrenna Michelle Wallace, 20, Ames, Iowa, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and transportation of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $600.

• 7:34 p.m. Saturday - A natural death was investigated in the 8200 block of East U.S. 30, Pierceton. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 7:44 p.m. Saturday - Domestic battery - simple assault was reported in the 3300 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 2:59 a.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in the 500 block of North West Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 10:42 a.m. Sunday - Fraud was reported in the 11100 block of North East Wawasee Drive, Syracuse. KCSO.
• 5:14 p.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for disorderly conduct, disorderly public intoxication by alcohol or drugs and resisting law enforcement in the 1100 block of South Ind. 25, Warsaw. WPD.
• 5:27 a.m. Monday - A death investigation was opened in the 700 block of North Zimmer Road, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 4:10 p.m. Monday - A death investigation was opened in the 1800 block of Nye Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 11:10 p.m. Monday - Invasion of privacy was reported in the 4100 block of North Allen Lane, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 6:29 a.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in the 3400 block of West U.S. 30, Warsaw. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.
• 7:30 a.m. Tuesday - A miscellaneous accident was reported in the 2400 block of East CR 750N, Milford. KCSO.
• 1:49 a.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish in the 100 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
• 11:20 a.m. Wednesday - A welfare check was performed in the 1500 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
