The Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate Elysian Co.'s new renovations at its location in downtown Warsaw on Friday.
Owners of the women's boutique at 110 E. Center St. closed the business for eight weeks after a fridge line in an upstairs apartment went out, causing water damage to Elysian Co.
"It was perfect timing for it honestly," said Angela Pequignot, a co-owner of Elysian Co., about the renovations. "It was hard being closed for eight weeks, but we've been wanting to create a new look ever since we took over ownership. We love how it turned out and seeing everyone come in to see it has been great. We love being in the downtown area specifically, it's thriving right now, new businesses are going up. We just really appreciate our customers and the friendships we've built."
Elysian Co. has been in downtown Warsaw for eight years. The boutique is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
