• 12:57 p.m. Monday - Brittany Lynne Walowski, 31, of 327 Sophie Lane, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 8:47 p.m. Monday - Robin Tyler Wood, 31, of 4969 W. CR 1000N, Milford, arrested for resisting law enforcement, disorderly public intoxication by alcohol/drugs and disorderly conduct. Bond: $750.
• 2:34 p.m. Tuesday - Marty David Collins, 28, of 109 E. Prairie St., Leesburg, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.
• 2:39 p.m. Tuesday - Mark Richard Utter, 44, of 607 Buck Trail, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor felony to appear. Bond: $500.
• 2:43 p.m. Tuesday - Domingo Melendez III, 44, of 404 S. Maple St., Milford, arrested for felony failure to appear. NO bond set.
• 6:50 p.m. Tuesday - Jorge Luis Alvarez, 21, of 1001 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 9:03 p.m. Tuesday - Melinda Ann Quick, 41, of 221 St. Augustines Drive, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $1,000.
• 10:19 p.m. Tuesday - Blane Matthew Neer, 21, of 309 S. High St., Warsaw, arrested for intimidation and criminal mischief. Bond: $5,250.

• 5 a.m. Tuesday - West CR 600N, 600 feet west of North CR 100E, Leesburg. Pickup hit tree and overturned onto its side. Driver: Carl G. Bentley, 62, West Forest Avenue, Warsaw. Injury: Bentley complained of back pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.

• 7 a.m. Tuesday - A natural death investigation was opened in the 2100 block of Brookview Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
• 7:31 p.m. Tuesday - A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 3700 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
• 7:57 p.m. Tuesday - Domestic battery - simple assault was reported in the 200 block of St. Augustines Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
• 11:32 p.m. Tuesday - Rape was reported in the 200 block of North Fort Wayne Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
• 4:40 a.m. Wednesday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 900 block of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. WPD.
