• 6:41 p.m. Monday - Ephraim William Lloyd, 41, of 1821 Nye St., Warsaw, arrested for a probation violation. No bond set.
• 9:08 p.m. Monday - Troy Allen Allison, 57, Roann, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.
• 4:31 a.m. Tuesday - Michael Ray Kauffman, 53, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, lot 200, Warsaw, arrested for resisting a law enforcement officer using a vehicle. Bond: $5,250.

Bass, 55, South Hunters Ridge, Warsaw; Douglas S. Holtzclaw, 72, North Lake View Terrace, Syracuse. Injury: Walowski was unresponsive most of the time police were on scene and was transported to the hospital. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 12:56 a.m. Monday - Intersection of East U.S. 30 and North Parker Street, Warsaw. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: Debra F. Newswanger, 60, South Third Street, Pierceton; Gabriel W. McPherson, 26, North Walnut Street, Etna Green. Injury: Newswanger complained of chest pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
