Biden Impeachment

Editor, Times-Union:
Joe Biden is the most appropriate president to be impeached. The first impeached president, Andrew Johnson, had the right to dismiss his secretary of war. Clinton lied under oath, but so have countless people who have appeared before Congressional committees. Trump wanted to have Ukraine investigate corruption, which meant Joe Biden would be investigated since he forced that government to fire the prosecutor that would have exposed his son Hunter as unfit to have the job he was "doing." That was like arresting the Lone Ranger since he wore a mask. The second impeachment of Trump was because the Democrats illegally changed election laws which brought corruption of the voting system and it was a way to punish Trump for complaining about voting irregularities which according to a polling company actually happened.
In the Constitution, bribery is a reason for a president to be impeached. There is abundant proof of bribery. The media wants to say Joe had nothing to do with what Hunter did. But do you think if Hunter had not been the vice president's son and Joe wasn't the Big Guy, Hunter would have made millions of dollars to be placed in shell companies which laundered money?
Just because Democrats and the media want to believe the lies of Joe doesn't make them true.
If Republicans in Congress and maybe a few brave Democrats vote to impeach Biden, it will be up to the Democrat-controlled Senate to throw him out of office. That isn't likely. But because Biden is so corrupt, the Democrats that vote to acquit Biden will be viewed by voters as supporting corruption. Many could be voted out of the Senate in November. Will they think it is more important to defend the worst president ever elected who is a threat to democracy or remain in office? We might find that out before winter is over.
