• 1:46 a.m. Sunday - Rafael Meyo-Rojas, 29, of 297 N. CR 225E, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 11:50 a.m. Monday - Matthew Gene Rhines, 33, Westfield, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 1:19 p.m. Monday - Derek Jon Fisher Jr., 25, La Porte, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $5,000.
• 1:31 p.m. Monday - Katlyn Michelle Waldbeser, 23, of 9258 E. Backwater Road, North Webster, arrested for domestic battery with moderate bodily injury. Bond: $6,000.

City Council OKs Moving Forward On Downtown Parking Plans
A soft rollout of the new downtown Warsaw parking technology and ordinances could come as early as August, with the official rollout in the fall. City Planner Justin Taylor told the Warsaw Common Council Monday that on May 7 the Warsaw Traffic Commission voted unanimously to give a favorable recommendation to the council related to the proposed changes for downtown parking.
