• 7:13 p.m. Saturday - Leonardo Gomez, 21, of 77 Kings Highway, #7, Winona Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 1:46 a.m. Sunday - Rafael Meyo-Rojas, 29, of 297 N. CR 225E, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 11:50 a.m. Monday - Matthew Gene Rhines, 33, Westfield, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 1:19 p.m. Monday - Derek Jon Fisher Jr., 25, La Porte, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $5,000.
• 1:31 p.m. Monday - Katlyn Michelle Waldbeser, 23, of 9258 E. Backwater Road, North Webster, arrested for domestic battery with moderate bodily injury. Bond: $6,000.
• 2:28 p.m. Monday - Allen Wade Hollan, 48, of 5870 N. CR 675E, North Webster, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.
• 2:49 p.m. Monday - Tina Marie Kohnke, 53, Marion, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 5:43 p.m. Monday - North CR 750W, 150 feet north of West CR 750N, Warsaw. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Kory E. Hilty, 21, West Hepton Road, Nappanee. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 6:42 p.m. Monday - East CR 500N, 200 feet west of EMS T7 Lane, North Webster. SUV hit deer. Driver: Benjamin A. Quoss, 41, EMS T9 Lane, Leesburg. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. North Webster Police Department investigated.
• 6:49 p.m. Monday - West Old 30, 200 feet east of West CR 100N, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Rosalee A. Bridge, 85, North CR 350W, Warsaw; Brandon N. Truman, 32, Fairmount. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 12:40 a.m. Tuesday - East U.S. 30, 150 feet east of South CR 400E, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Robert R. Harris, 55, East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
• 12:23 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of South Harrison and East Market streets, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Haili R. Davis, 26, West Eastbrook Street, Warsaw; Oksana L. Sutton, 26, Ross Avenue, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 8:15 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish in the 1500 block of East CR 200N, Warsaw. WPD.
• 11:58 p.m. Monday - Domestic battery - simple assault was reported in the 700 block of Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw. WPD.
