• 8:56 a.m. Saturday - East CR 450N, 100 feet west of North CR 1000E, North Webster. Car left road and went into wet swamp area. Driver: Shane A. Slater, 36, North Johnson Street, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 5:56 a.m. Monday - Silveus Crossing, 300 feet south of Polk Drive, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Heather Yeakey, 35, Mishawaka. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.
