The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 1:47 p.m. Wednesday - Rocky W. Reynolds, 38, Edon, Ohio, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and on a warrant. Bond: $5,250.
• 3:50 p.m. Wednesday - Michael Lee Eppenbaugh, 42, of 1627 Lilac Lane, Warsaw, arrested on misdemeanor failure to appear and four counts of felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 4:53 p.m. Wednesday - Samuel W. Gentry Jr., 43, Argos, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.
• 7:33 p.m. Wednesday - Tony Alan Wallace Jr., 24, of 508 S. Edgewater Ave., lot 78, Syracuse, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, two counts of possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and on a warrant. Bond: $10,500.
• 8 p.m. Wednesday - Lindsay Raye Housman, 36, of 11194 N. Honeycomb Lane, Cromwell, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.
• 2:21 a.m. Thursday - Angelique Darlene Holmes, 35, of 4265 S. CR 1150W, Mentone, arrested for manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish with a prior and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $25,250.
• 2:37 a.m. Thursday - Landin Douglas Taylor, 31, of 411 N. Parker St., #D, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol. Bond: $400.

• 12:13 a.m. Thursday - North Huntington Street, 100 feet north of West Bailey Street, Syracuse. Car hit deer. Driver: Ramon G. Manon, 35, Short Street, Nappanee. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
• 1:53 a.m. Thursday - 315 N. Detroit St., Warsaw. Unknown vehicle hit car, which left the scene. Remaining driver: Caleb R. Lenfestey, 17, Charles Drive, Winona Lake. Damage: $750-$1,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

Incidents
• 3:09 a.m. Wednesday - A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 4700 block of South Ind. 15, Claypool. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 7:37 a.m. Wednesday - Invasion of privacy was reported in the 800 block of South McClellan Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 12:17 p.m. Wednesday - A death investigation was opened in the 9900 block of East Starry Eyed Lane, Cromwell. KCSO.
• 4:21 p.m. Wednesday - Theft of a motor vehicle was reported in the 8600 block of East Hatchery Road, Syracuse. KCSO.
• 7:50 p.m. Wednesday - A person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension was reported in the 500 block of North Park Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
• 11:54 p.m. Wednesday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 600 block of East Clark Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 1:53 a.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for public intoxication by alcohol in the 1000 block of Pike Shore Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
