• 2:13 p.m. Monday - Daniel Edward Lyons, 44, of 1427 N. CR 400E, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear, false informing and failure to appear - infraction. Bond: $1,100.
• 5:43 p.m. Monday - Robert Bishop McFarland, 38, of 2768 S. CR 1075E, Akron, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 7:19 p.m. Monday - John Edward Matson V, 34, of 4341 S. Mallard Road, Mentone, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended. Bond: $450.
• 11:35 p.m. Monday - Aaron Edward Torbet, 42, of 4361 E. Duffy Drive, Syracuse, arrested for criminal trespass and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:01 p.m. Monday - Zachary Tyler Dustin, 33, of 3351 E. James Way Court, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.
