• 10:51 a.m. Monday - Danielle Mary Lamphier, 42, Rochester, arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bond: $600.
• 12:21 p.m. Monday - Michael Allen Schuh Jr., 40, of 205 S. West St., Milford, arrested on two bond revocations. No bond set.
• 1:40 p.m. Monday - John Anthony Perales, 35, of 9615 N. CR 100E, Milford, arrested for misdemeanor probation violation. No bond set.
• 3:30 p.m. Monday - Philip C. McInturf, 57, Fort Wayne, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond listed.
