• 11:01 p.m. Tuesday - Leah Ann Mahns, 49, South Bend, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $500.

• 1:05 p.m. Tuesday - East Harper Road, 30 feet south of East CR 700N, Leesburg. Trailer to tractor-semi trailer laid on its side and came to rest in field. Driver: Randall R. Richcreek, 62, East CR 650N, Syracuse. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. KCSO.
