• 2:37 a.m. Monday - Brionna L. Harding, 25, Chicago, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 4:02 a.m. Monday - Luis Miguel Centeno, 24, of 3762 W. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 10:13 a.m. Monday - Tiffany Page Kneller, 41, Fort Wayne, arrested for manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine. Bond: $10,250.
• 11:37 a.m. Monday - Tony Van Fountain, 28, of 720 Wexford Place, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.
• 12:08 p.m. Monday - Joshua John Hamilton, 41, of 928 S. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for maintaining a common nuisance. Bond: $5,250.
• 12:21 p.m. Monday - Billy Lee Barley, 41, Hartford City, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 12:48 p.m. Monday - Trista Marie Bartman, 34, of 1819 Fisher Ave., Warsaw, arrested for maintaining a common nuisance. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:06 p.m. Sunday - A person was cited for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 4000 block of East U.S. 30, Warsaw. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.
