Doris White Pettit, 94, died Aug. 21, 2023, at Grace Village Retirement Community in Winona Lake.
Doris was born in Grafton, N.D., to Edgar and Lila White on March 21, 1929. She married Jack Pettit.
No services will be held. Family burial will take place at Westlawn-Hillcrest Memorial Park in Omaha, Neb.
In lieu of flowers, the family is suggesting a memorial monetary gift payable to the Grace Village Retirement Community.
