The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 12:38 p.m. Tuesday - Haley Lynn Mendez, 18, New Haven, arrested for check deception. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:20 p.m. Tuesday - Stefon Jaleel Douglas McAfee, 23, South Bend, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 1:56 p.m. Tuesday - Robert Allen Stouder, 43, of 202 E. Benton St., Syracuse, arrested for theft, felony failure to appear and felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.
• 4:47 p.m. Tuesday - Courtney Beth Hanes, 36, of 3757 N. CR 900W, #194, Cromwell, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.
• 5:44 p.m. Tuesday - Christopher Michael Booth, 43, of 1520 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $500.
• 2 a.m. Wednesday - Eufracio Moyotl, 28, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #131, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated - endangerment. Bond: $5,250.
• 3:42 a.m. Wednesday - Logan T. Culver, 23, Warren, Mich., arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $15,000.
• 9:46 a.m. Wednesday - Brad Norris Jr., 24, Chicago, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 3:53 p.m. Tuesday - 2101 Dubois Drive, Warsaw. SUV hit unoccupied vehicle registered to Adam C. McMillan, South Paxton Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Angela C. Chivington, 42, East North Winds Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

Incidents
• 4:15 a.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for residential entry and criminal trespass in the 1400 block of Sunset Drive, Winona Lake. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 5:08 p.m. Tuesday - Disorderly conduct was reported in the 300 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
