• 12:43 a.m. Monday - Jocelyn Marie Anderson, 22, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #137, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 1:18 a.m. Monday - Lantz Michael Garrett, 32, of 704 W. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, refusal to submit to a chemical test and domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $5,250.
• 8:36 a.m. Monday - Juan Carlos Montes, 32, of 3510 W. CR 1000N, Milford, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

• 10:04 a.m. Sunday - East Center Street, 30 feet west of North Park Avenue, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Carol A. Morrison, 75, Springhill Road, Warsaw; Kayley L. Slone, 29, West CR 500S, Mentone; Elizabeth A. Tutorow, 39, North Walnut Street, Etna Green. Injuries: Morrison complained of chest pain; Tutorow had a fracture dislocation to the knee/lower leg/foot. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigating.
• 10:09 a.m. Sunday - Intersection of East Fort Wayne Street and North Maple Avenue, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Telesforo S. Garcia, 85, Stonebridge Road, Warsaw; Skyler J. Ganshorn, 17, Plymouth. Injury: Garcia complained of pain to the neck, back and chest. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 2:55 a.m. Monday - South Huntington Street, 30 feet south of South Harkless Drive, Syracuse. Van hit deer. Driver: Delbert D. Surfus, 61, Columbia City. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 10:39 p.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 in the 700 block of West Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 11:44 p.m. Sunday - Merchandise was reported stolen in the 1200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
