• 12:43 a.m. Monday - Jocelyn Marie Anderson, 22, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #137, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 1:18 a.m. Monday - Lantz Michael Garrett, 32, of 704 W. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, refusal to submit to a chemical test and domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $5,250.
• 8:36 a.m. Monday - Juan Carlos Montes, 32, of 3510 W. CR 1000N, Milford, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

Injuries: Morrison complained of chest pain; Tutorow had a fracture dislocation to the knee/lower leg/foot. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigating.
