• 3:13 p.m. Tuesday - Jennica Ann Hursey, 35, Columbia City, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 4:11 p.m. Tuesday - Kenny B. Joseph, 53, Plymouth, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond listed.
• 7:22 p.m. Tuesday - Emilee Rose Stabb, 24, of 6290 E. CR 700S, Pierceton, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish with a prior, possession of cocaine or narcotic drug and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.
• 7:51 p.m. Tuesday - Johnny Linares, 28, Gary, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol and resisting a law enforcement officer by fleeing on foot. Bond: $750.
• 9:45 p.m. Tuesday - Dominique Desmond Richardson, 32, of 620 N. Zimmer Road, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol and disorderly conduct. Bond: $500.
• 12:11 a.m. Wednesday - Dylan Lee Webster, 29, Muncie, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and strangulation. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:29 a.m. Wednesday - Jason Conrad Honeycutt, 41, of 5981 W. Osprey Drive, Mentone, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear, two counts of felony failure to appear and bond revocation. No bond set.
• 1:30 p.m. Wednesday - Amber Nicole Doyle, 43, Angola, arrested on two charges of theft of a motor vehicle. Bond: $5,250.

Frye, 32, North Beechwood Street, Warsaw; Fernanda Chiodi Smith, 29, North CR 100E, Warsaw. Injury: Frye had a minor burn to the knee/lower leg/foot. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
